Inverter VFD Connecting mode

1. L  N connect 220V holdhouse voltage(part of zero line and live line),three phase is R S T

2. U  V  W connect spindle motor. The 1,2,3 pin of spindle motor plug connect converter U,V,W. That is: 1- U,2-v,3-w,4 is ground wire. If spindle motor rotated reverse, Please send any two thread swap places

3.Control com is comcon terminal ,X2 low speed ,X3 middle speed ,X4 high speed(this is D macro card,DSP manual control mode)

Inverter VFD Adjustment Parameters

1.Press cancel button:P000 turn into P087, confirm -0- turn into 101,display H0.0(this is external terminal control)

2.Turn into manual control: press cancel button P000 turn into p065,confirm that is 0,display P064,then press cancel button ,display H0.0, Rotate knob to H400.0(when the spindle is 400hz) or other, converter display a number multiply by 60,the results is the rotating speed. Press the operation or stop then ok. Parameter Settings refer to the pictures
