I need shipping insurance

I just placed the Order #2015050208582410 and I wanted shipping insurance on the order. I had click it but when my order didn't go through the first try but my order went through the second time. I didn't notice that it had cleared the box for shipping insurance and the second time. I want the shipping insurance so please tell me what I need to do to get insurance on this order.
