This converter is special for spindle motor, applied in controlling high speed spindle motor, suitable for 1.5kw or less.

Product feature

Frequency control:

1.Range: 0.0~1000.00Hz

2.Other functions: Lower limit frequency, start frequency, frequency of parking, three jumping frequency can be set respectively

3.Precision: Digital: 0.01% (10 ~ 40 centigrade degree ); Analog: 0.1% (25±10 centigrade degree)

4.Keyboard set way: 0.01 Hz can be directly to setting by up and down.

5. Analog set way: external voltage 0 to 5V, 0 to 10 V, 4-20 mA, 0 to 20 mA

General control:

1.Multifunctional output: relay output, open-collector output, implementation of operating the indication and alarm of zero velocity, counter, external anomalies, program operation etc.

2.Other functions: automatic voltage regulator (AVR), slow or freedom stop, dc brake, automatic reset then start again, frequency tracking, PLC program control, moving around control, carrier is adjustable, up to 16 KHZ, etc.

3. ACC/DEC control: 4 ACC/DEC  time (0.1-6500 seconds) arbitrary choice.

Connecting mode

1. L  N connect 220V holdhouse voltage(part of zero line and live line),three phase is R S T

2. U  V  W connect spindle motor. The 1,2,3 pin of spindle motor plug connect converter U,V,W. That is: 1- U,2-v,3-w,4 is ground wire. If spindle motor rotated reverse, Please send any two thread swap places

3.Control com is comcon terminal ,X2 low speed ,X3 middle speed ,X4 high speed(this is D macro card,DSP manual control mode)

Adjust converter parameters

1.Press cancel button:P000 turn into P087, confirm -0- turn into 101,display H0.0(this is external terminal control)

2.Turn into manual control: press cancel button P000 turn into p065,confirm that is 0,display P064,then press cancel button ,display H0.0, Rotate knob to H400.0(when the spindle is 400hz) or other, converter display a number multiply by 60,the results is the rotating speed. Press the operation or stop then ok.
